UAUCACAU was created in 2014 by Tony Fernandes, entrepreneur and master chocolatier who invested in a handmade production, with the highest quality standards, using typical products of Madeira, such as Madeira Wine, Sour Cherry, Poncha, Sugarcane syrup, Passion Fruit, Banana, Pitanga, Mango, among others, combining them with Belgian chocolate of the highest quality.
