Estátua Jogador de Futebol (Football Player Statue)
Located in the Jardim do Campo Almirante Reis, this allegorical statue aims to pay tribute to all those who once played football in what was one of the first football fields of the city of Funchal, which was formerly located in this garden.
The Football Player Monument was erected in 2005 by sculptor Martim Velosa.
