São Martinho Garden
It is an urban garden, located immediately below the São Martinho Church. It was open to the public on the 18th of September 2009, with the aim of increasing the area of green spaces in the municipality and requalifying an area degraded by improper land use. Despite its steep slope, the area presented a potential for the installation of green space of some dimension. The garden was then structured in several thematic areas, characterized by different types of vegetation, all well adapted to the present edaphoclimatic conditions.
